History: House Ventai of Ashford. Vassals to Mace Tyrell lord of high Garden. A man and family that the Ventai's have been jealous of for centuries. This dates back to ancient times when the founder of house Ventai....one Janos Ventai was promised the castle at High Garden by Ageon the conquer. A promise that was never kept due to political problems at the time.
In more recent times his house has allied threw marriage to house Creyon in the Stormlands. As a result when growing up Riley spent many summers in Bronzegate. The two houses are not staunch allies.
